Use the series name and season together
Try a query such as The Rookie S7E3 or The Middle season 2 episode 4. If the recorded episode exists in the catalog data, search can lead you toward its guide. Episode numbers are meaningful within their season; an episode three from one season is not automatically the third episode of the whole program.
Keep spoilers in mind
Episode names and short descriptions can reveal developments. Start with the series overview if you are new to a show, and open later-season details only when you need them. The latest recorded episodes page is useful for returning viewers, but a newly aired episode is not necessarily the right starting point.
Record the last episode you completed
The checkpoint form uses a season and last-completed episode. Save that position when you stop, then compare it with the service's own playback history later. The catalog does not monitor video played elsewhere, so it cannot update the checkpoint automatically or remember the exact playback minute. Back up the list if the information would be difficult to reconstruct after a browser change.
