If search returns nothing
Remove the most restrictive filter first. Then try the distinctive part of the title without a domain name, promotional words or a guessed release year. A production-country restriction can hide a film whose original language you recognize, because language and country are different fields. The A–Z list is another way to check the selected catalog without relying on an exact phrase.
If your saved list looks empty
Check which browser and profile you opened. Local saved information is not automatically shared between a phone browser, a desktop browser and a private window. Do not clear site data as a first response; that can remove local information. If you have a supported backup, review the merge instructions.
If Watch now looks wrong
Check the title's year and format, then the viewing country. Two series can share a name, and a film can have several remakes. The catalog action opens viewing choices, not an embedded video. A payment, audio or resolution question on the next service belongs to its particular offer.
If a video starts and then stops
Record the selected service's error message and compare whether the same problem affects another title there. The catalog cannot repair an external player's server. For a menu or layout problem here, note your device, browser, page address and screen width. A precise description of the last working step is much more useful than treating every failure as a global outage.
